Document Delivery

LSC Students, Faculty and Staff

Document Delivery is a service provided by the Lone Star College Libraries for requesting Books, Videos, CDs, Articles, Reports, and other information and entertainment sources.  Requests for materials listed in the LSC-Online Catalog can be placed for delivery to your local library when they become available.  Copies of Documents and articles from journal titles listed in the Catalog (yet not at your local library) can be requested.  And materials Not Available through the Catalog can be requested for Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Borrowing by LSC Students, Faculty and Staff.

LSC-Online Library Request Forms:

• Requests: Requesting Materials Available through searching the LSC-Online Catalog.
  

  • Print and Multimedia items found in the Catalog can be requested by clicking the "Request First Available Copy" button when the needed title's record is displayed.
  
  

• Documents Form: Requesting Photocopies of Journal Articles listed in the LSC-Online Catalog.
  

  • The LSC-Online Catalog provides more than just inter-campus LSC loans. Through the HARMONIC Consortium, the holdings of the Harris County Public Libraries, Montgomery County Public Libraries and the Lone Star College Libraries are available through the Catalog.
  
  

• Borrowing (ILL) Form: Requesting materials Not Available through the LSC-Online Library.
  

  • The LSC-Online Library provides online access to a wealth of academic, research and leisure resources through the LSC-Online Catalog, Research Databases, Full Text e-Journals, e-Books, e-Reserves, Government Documents, etc. These resources should be checked before requesting materials through Interlibrary Loan.
